Glossop Tourist Information Centre. The Gatehouse, Victoria Street, Glossop (Tel: 01457 855920) Open Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm, closed for lunch 1pm-1.30pm. Open Sunday 10am-2pm.

Glossop Heritage Centre. (Tel: 01457 869176) The centre has two exhibition rooms, one illustrating the town's history from Roman times to Modern times. Art gallery displaying monthly exhibitions of work by local artists. Centre gift shop, tea and coffee available. Open Monday-Saturday, 10.30am-4.30pm. Admission charged. Free to school groups.
